The Food Caterers Association
of the Philippines (FCAP) will hold the annual "Taste
of Manila" on May 8 to 10, 2009 at the Megatrade Hall,
Megamall.
Now on it's sixth year, "Taste
of Manila" is a collaboration of the country's leading
food caterers, restaurateurs and canteen/ food concessionaires,
presenting table set-ups, buffet set-up, fashion show for
the uniforms of our crew, edible flowers for our salads and
main courses, entertainment and most important our food tasting.
On Friday and Saturday, Taste
of Manila will highlight wedding set up and wedding foods
on Sunday. We are celebrating Mother's Day with activities
such as make-over for the moms, pottery, painting, fashion
show of wedding gowns and party outfit. Mothers and their
families will be serenaded by a string chamber.
This year will surely be
bubbling with more exciting food presentation styles and buffet
set-up. And don't miss out on our broader mission of providing
one and all with satisfying experience of the senses- the
star of this catering event - our FOOD.
