Some wedding menu are designed to impress – either through their elaborate presentations or highfalutin descriptions – yet fall short on taste and substance.

And this is the very pitfall Juan Carlo the Caterer wants to stay away from. As its owner Engr. Alex Michael del Rosario shares, “We want to build our name for perfection, not just impression.”

Such aim is not impossible for Juan Carlo the Caterer as Engr. del Rosario has already laid much of the needed foundation right from the start.

Juan Carlo the Caterer’s International Wedding Cuisine
Their knowledge of international cuisine was cultivated from Engr. Alex’s stint abroad. Having had experience running a mini restaurant and catering projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the exotic Arabian, Egyptian, Indian, Pakistani, Palestinian and Tunisian dishes became a part of their daily lives, honing their international palate.

Now, Juan Carlo the Caterer is mastering different cuisines such as Chinese and Oriental dishes, Japanese, European, and of course, our very own authentic Filipino dishes just to make sure they can cater to different palates and can complement any couple’s wedding theme.

Juan Carlo the Caterer’s Wedding Presentation
It is not just the taste but also the preparation that makes Juan Carlo the choice for wedding banquets. Engr. del Rosario shared that an added value to their delicious food is the artistic way they are being presented. From fruits and vegetables shaped into different figures to ice carvings, they make sure that their food is appealing both to the couples’ tastebuds and eyes.

Being a hands-on owner, Engr. del Rosario checks everything from the biggest to the smallest details. He makes sure that his staff are regularly trained and updated with wedding trends. He is even present on his company’s food tasting programs and bridal fair participations in order to personally hears out clients’ requests or concerns.

Juan Carlo The Caterer’s Continuous Innovations
Being the President of Food Caterers Association of the Philippines (FCAP), Engr. Alex has been at the helm in promoting and innovating the Philppine wedding catering industry. He has spearheaded the organizations’ participation in various trade fairs and seminars.

Innovations on the other hand have been done through expansion. Engr. Alex decided to open another catering business, Chef Juan Miguel, which is exclusive for Batangueños only. This is a way of giving back to their roots being that the Batangueños were the first patrons of their business.

Soon-to-wed couples will not go wrong with Juan Carlo The Caterer, a catering brand already trusted by a number of corporate accounts like Siemens, Caltex, and Nestle, and local celebrities like Sharon Cuneta, Pops Fernandez, Sen. Bong Revilla. They are also the wedding caterer behind 2010 wedding of the year, Ogie Alcasid - Regine Velasquez nuptials. Later this year, they will also be catering the wedding of Kyla and Rich Alvarez.

Truly, couples will get the best value for their once in a lifetime wedding because “Where catering is an art and every project, a precious masterpiece…” it is definitely with Juan Carlo the Caterer.
