Turns Cagayan de Oro Into N. Mindanao's Wedding Capital

Kasalan sa Kagay-an wedding
and tourism fair and exhibit will turn Cagayan de Oro City,
the Whitewater Rafting Capital of the country, into the wedding
capital of Northern Mindanao this September 3 - 5, 2010 at the
Limketkai Mall.
Endorsed by the Department
of Tourism, the ninth leg of Kasalang Filipino 2010 will showcase
the products and services of Northern Mindanao's premier wedding
and tourism suppliers. This event is presented by Kasal.com
and ABS-CBN Regional Network Group, in cooperation with Professional
Organizers Unlimited Inc., and Limketkai Sons, Inc.,
Kasalang Filipino 2010 is
a nationwide wedding and tourism fair road show, which ties
12 Philippine cities with the goal of promoting the local wedding
industry. The following are the 12 cities of the 2010 road show
- Cabanatuan, General Santos, Lucena, Baguio, Dumaguete, Pampanga,
Davao, Malolos, Cagayan de Oro, San Fernando, Bacolod and Tagaytay.
Aside for creative wedding
displays of local wedding suppliers, numerous activities have
been lined up for attending couples such as talks on wedding
planning and wedding trends. Aspiring and professional make
up artists will showcase their skills at the Ever Bilena Gandang
Pinay Bridal Make up competition. Finally, Cagayan de Oro's
premier wedding fashion designers will take over the runway
and display their latest wedding fashion collection. Lucky couples
will get a chance to win free wedding giveaways and honeymoon
packages during the bridal fair.
