• Illuminated portable Bar and all bar equipments and supplies
• All required glassware
• Bartenders and Assistant

• Barlist or Beverage List
• Unlimited drinks consumption for a period of four (4) consecutive hours.

Terms of payment:

Cash Payment

1. 20% down payment upon confirmation and signing of contract.
2. Full cash payment to be settled before the bar opens.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• In the event of cancellation, the booking fee/down payment paid is non-refundable; it shall be liquidated damages to GQ Mobile Bar in the event of a breach of contract by Client. The Client shall also be responsible for payment to GQ Mobile Bar for any charges incurred up to the time of cancellation.
• GQ Mobile Bar shall be provided an area of at least 3x3 meters (for packages below 100 pax); one (1) power outlet with 220V for electrical requirement and wash area for cleansing of glasses.
• Incidental charges such as broken and loss glass/es will be paid by the Client accordingly.
• In case of overtime, rate will start at Php2,000.00 per hour depending on the no. of package. In case the agreed-upon number of guests exceeded, Php180.00 per head will be charged.
• Meals for the staff shall be provided by the Client.
