"CELEBRATE YOUR INDIVIDUALITY!" is the design philosophy behind fashion designer DELBY P. BRAGAIS' bridal look. This motto has inspired this Philippine-based designer to create bridal wear as varied and personalized as the many brides whose dreams she has helped fulfill.

A product of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, she is the current Philippine Ambassador of the AICI : the Association of Image Consultants International  - a world- wide organization of Image Professionals. Her many years of training as an Image Consultant focusing on Illusion Dressing (the art of flattering one's natural body type), combined with her training in fashion design, have given her a strong foundation for creating Bridal Gowns and Special Occasion Dresses. These skills allow Delby to express more of who the wearer is, while creating  figure-enhancing designs.  Through the North Road Fashion Group Division, Image One Consultancy, Delby provides Image Enhancement services for Individuals and corporations.
