Food catering, originally as a hobby started back in 1994 offering services to small gatherings of friends, relatives and co-workers. Due to the fact that the demand was a bit high during that time, it later on became a formal business that caters to the corporate sector, wedding events and other private parties.

The business was first named Kerygma Catering which was a religious name taken from a magazine that bloomed back in the early 90's. Being handled and managed by an active licensed ER nurse during that time, profession took over schedules and the owner had undergone problems with time management and handling both jobs at the same time. The business was dominated by her original profession and closed at 2002.

After 4 years, the owner's son who graduated with a degree in hotel management and majored in culinary arts, with his former classmate in college who worked with some of the most popular 5 star hotels in the country along with his mom who had the experience of handling the catering service before reopened the business with a new vision, a new style and a new name - PANACHE CATERING SERVICES meaning "a dashing elegance of manner."

Taking the catering service to new heights, the owners targeted the corporate sector and landed a lot of large clients along the way does resulting to getting more referrals thru word of mouth and venturing its way to being hired to setup for wedding events, baptismal, birthday parties, and other formal gatherings around the metro.

With the owners teaming up and sharing culinary expertise in creating wonderful and tasty delights and its take to make every little detail of their setups simple yet very elegant the catering service truly went a long a way from the usual formal gatherings to daily concessionary requirements to becoming one of the best food caterer making a mark in today's events industry.
